Fatim Badjie is the Chief Executive officer of Ace Communications Executive (ACE) which she started in Mar 2009. A Graduate of BSc. Communications and MSc. Information Communication Technology for Development, Fatima is an experienced expert in media relations, ICT and strategic planning and execution.

Fatim is the founder of ACE, which she financed from her personal earnings and savings. In her own words, Fatim said:

Advice to young aspiring entrepreneurs

You have to believe in yourself, your idea, plans and products before someone else do.
Be passionate about the business and know that you can succeed in it.
Discipline is very key in operating business sector.
Exercise some patience – with time, you will make it.
Learn and know your game (that is the business).
Get yourself a business mentor and learn from the person.
Over deliver when clients give you work to do.
